The Foundation also delivers the Manchester United School Football Programme to different high school year groups throughout the academic year. The work of the Foundation also extends to the mentoring of individual students with the aims of developing confidence and leadership skills. In addition, there are targets at Waterhead Academy to increase girls' participation in football through a series of after school clubs.
